1. Who we are. AXIS Terminal is operated by AXIS SOCIETY FLD SRL, CUI 52410879, with registered office at Str. Ankara 79, Sat Tămași, Ilfov County, 077068, Romania ("AXIS", "we", "us"). Contact: admin@axissoc.com.
2. Nature of the service. AXIS Terminal is an educational and informational research tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice or any personal recommendation. The Financial Disclaimer and the AXIS Portfolio Disclosure form part of these Terms.
3. Access and eligibility. AXIS Terminal provides educational research tools, including company data, valuation calculators, framework views, a personal portfolio tracker, and the AXIS portfolio transparency view. The service is for persons aged 18 or over, for personal, non-professional use. Access may be granted following an application, and AXIS reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion, without obligation to give reasons. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account; one account per person, no sharing.
4. Membership, billing and activation. Access is provided to active members of the AXIS Terminal membership (€14.99 / month or €120 / year). Billing is handled by Patreon as merchant of record; Patreon's terms also govern payment, EU VAT, and renewals, and we do not store your card details. Account access is activated manually after your membership is confirmed, normally within 24–48 hours. Access continues while your membership is active and may be suspended or revoked when it lapses, is cancelled, or is refunded.
5. Digital service — withdrawal and refunds. AXIS Terminal is digital content/services supplied without a tangible medium and made available immediately. In accordance with OUG 34/2014 (Art. 16 lit. m), by completing payment you expressly request that provision of the service begin immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. All sales are final and non-refundable; no partial refunds are given for unused time, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
6. Intellectual property and confidentiality. The AXIS Terminal platform, its software, design, branding, the AXIS framework, and all original content are the exclusive property of AXIS SOCIETY FLD SRL. You may use them for personal purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, or share the materials (including screenshots) with third parties or on any public or private channel. Breach leads to immediate suspension of the account without refund, and we reserve the right to take legal action to recover damages.
7. Acceptable use. You agree not to: scrape, harvest, redistribute, resell, or republish any data or content; share, resell, or sublicense your access; reverse engineer or create derivative products from the service; circumvent access controls or security; or use the service unlawfully. Market data may be used only for personal use within the service.
8. Third-party data and services. Market and financial data is provided by Financial Modeling Prep and remains its property; it is provided "as is", may be delayed or inaccurate, and is not warranted by us. The service also relies on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase and Vercel). We are not responsible for the failure or interruption of third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of liability. We do not guarantee that the service or its data will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIS SOCIETY FLD SRL and the founder are not liable for any investment loss or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
10. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where membership is not active. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account and data from the Account page, or by contacting us (see the Privacy Policy).
11. Changes. We may update these Terms or the service. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app; continued use after changes means acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. You may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
